二级:
cherchez la femme  2  +10% damage to the same s ex and unique dialogue options with certain characters.
基佬之友  2级可学 对男性造成额外10%伤害，特定的角色有特殊的对话。

四级
educated 4 in 4 1 you gain two more skill points every time you advance in level.
良好教育  4级 智力4可学  每次升级得到额外的2个技能点。

六级
lady killer 2  +10% damage to the opposite s ex and unique dialogue options with certain characters.
女性杀手  2级可学 对女性造成额外10%伤害，特定的角色有特殊的对话。
八级
the professional 6 sneak 70 1 your sneak attack criticals with revolvers, pistols, and submachine guns (guns and energy weapons) all inflict an additional 20% damage.
专业刺客  6级 潜行70可学  你所有枪的潜行暴击伤害额外增加20%
(潜行暴击和普通暴击是两个不同的体系)

十级
nerd rage! 10 in 5, science 50 1 +15% dt and strength increased to 10 whenever health is 20% or lower
书虫之怒    10级 智力5 科学50可学  当你的生命少于20%时，你的力量变为10，护甲(伤害减免)增加15%
(学会这个perk后，常年保持潜行且生命低于20%状态)

十二级
comprehension 4 in 4 1 you gain one additional skill point for reading books and double the skill points for reading magazines.
博闻强识  4级 智力4可学    看技能书能得到额外一个技能点，看杂志的效果持续时间加倍。

十四级
bloody mess 6  1 +5% overall damage, more violent death animations
杀戮  6级可学    增加所有攻击5%伤害，更多的死亡动作

十六级
better criticals 16 pe 6, lk 6  +50% damage with critical hits
强化暴击  16级 感知6 幸运6可学  增加50%暴击伤害

十八级
jury rigging 14 repair 90  repair any item using a roughly similar item.
灵活修理    14级 修理90可学  用大体相似的东西修理道具

二十级
sniper 12 pe 6, ag 6  more likely to hit the target’s head in v.a.t.s.
爆头狙击 12级 感知6 敏捷6可学 在v模式，更容易集中目标的头

二十二级
laser commander 22 energy weapons 90  you do an extra 15% damage and have a 10% extra chance to critically hit with any laser weapon.
镭射之魂 22级 能量武器90可学 使用镭射武器时，有额外15%伤害和10%的暴击率

二十四级
commando 8  more accuracy in v.a.t.s. with two-handed weapons.
持械突击  8级可学  在v模式，增加双手武器精准

二十六级
concentrated fire 18 energy weapons 60, guns 60  more accuracy in v.a.t.s. with every attack on a given body part queued.
集中火力 18级 能量武器60 枪60可学 在v模式，集中攻击一个部位，会获得额外的精准。

二十八级
finesse 10  1 +5% critical chance 
战斗大师 10级可学 增加5%的暴击几率

三十级
grim reaper’s sprint 20  a kill in v.a.t.s. restores 20 ap immediately.
